                                      Car Detail Inc Service Agreement

CAR DETAIL INC seeks to provide the best quality detail as well as service to our

community. We would like to take this opportunity to first thank you, our valued customer, for giving us the consideration for your selected services with us. This page  also serves as our service agreement to explain the obligation of Car Detail Inc, (hereafter referred to us “CDI”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) and you (hereafter referred to as “you” or “Customer”) as our valued customer. By using our service whether contacting us by phone, email, or walking into our facility, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT:

Prior to bringing in your vehicle for your appointment, please ensure that your vehicle has had all personal property removed. Please remove personal property from the interior, including cargo area, trunk, truck bed, under the seats, the rear seats (To include child seats), glove compartment, center console, cup holders, etc.

POLICY FOR PERSONAL PROPERTY:

CDI requests that you again remove any personal belongings you have from your vehicle. CDI is not liable for any loss or damage of any property that is left in the vehicle. This will include theft, in case of fire, accident, any services provided (example: steaming your interior and sunglasses get damaged) or any other cause that may result by having the belongings in your vehicle.

DAMAGES TO VEHICLE:

You hereby agree that CDI shall not be held liable for any mechanical condition or pre-existing conditions such as dents, scratches, and any other pre-existing damages to the vehicle’s interior and/or exterior. Nor for the loss or damage of any belongings left in the vehicle due to, a case of fire, theft, accident, service provided or any other cause beyond Car Detail Inc’s control. It is your responsibility to point out any items that are fragile or are no longer functional. In many cases, the damage is not noticeable due to the state of the vehicle prior to detailing. You agree that you are responsible to go over your vehicle with a CDI affiliate, employee, or representative before you leave it within our care. You release Car Detail Inc of any liability for any loss or damage of any personal property, including the vehicle being serviced. You understand that your vehicle will be cleaned at your own risk and it must be able to withstand normal cleaning procedures and that any damage claims as a result of service will be limited to the cost of the service.

ENGINE CLEANING POLICY:

You hereby agree that CDI shall not be held liable for any problems that may arise if you

request CDI to clean your engine or any area within the engine compartment. It is your

responsibility to know if there could be any problems that may occur due to selecting the

service.

VEHICLE OPERATION:

You hereby authorize CDI to operate your vehicle for the purpose of delivery, service, moving space, inspection, or any other reason as needed by CDI.

EXPECTATIONS OF SERVICE:

CDI will do its very best in order to clean and/or service your car and get it back to much better condition. With that in mind, we are not responsible for severely damaged items, to include baked-on brake dust on wheels, heavily soiled/stained carpets or seats and can not guarantee they will be like new again. Some items need to be replaced or repaired, they may be beyond being cleaned. If you select our PAINT CORRECTION package, there are situations that can no longer be corrected. Continued paint corrections will eat into the clear coat, and have a limited number of corrections that can be done before it simply will run out of clear coat, after that we would simply grind into the paint itself and it will require paint work instead of a correction.

SERVICE PRICING POLICY:

CDI advertises its starting prices, which do not include taxes, 5% fees, or any additional

packages. If your vehicle is in excessive condition, we reserve the right to apply additional fees for removal of things such as pet stains, pet hair, blood, crayon, drinks, or food stains.

Customers will be notified prior to the service starting as we do an inspection of your vehicle upon arrival with pictures that will be saved via email sent to you. This will also include your total bill.

BY CONTACTING US YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE FULLY READ THIS DOCUMENT

KNOWN AS “Car Detail Inc Service Agreement” AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS A

RELEASE OF LIABILITY, YOU FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT BY BOOKING WITH US,

EITHER ONLINE, PHONE APPOINTMENT OR IN PERSON, YOU VOLUNTARILY

SURRENDER AND DISCHARGE “Car Detail Inc” AND ALL OF IT’S AFFILIATES,

MEMEBERS, REPRESENTATIVES FROM ALL CLAIMS OR CAUSES OF ACTION AND

AGREE TO VOLUNTARILY GIVE UP OR WAVE ANY RIGHT THAT YOU OTHERWISE HAVE

TO BRING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST “Car Detail Inc” FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR

PROPERTY DAMAGE
